I’m Jeannette, an ordained interfaith minister and board-certified health coach with 20 years of experience helping people shift painful habits, especially around food and eating. Earlier in my career I wrote 8 books on different aspects of healthy eating. My recipes and mind-body-spirit perspectives have been showcased in over 100 media outlets, including Consumer Reports, the Washington Post, NPR and NBC News.
